Created in 2015 after the founder, Tiffany Malone, was contracted to provide consultation and project oversight for a small business facing an important deadline and did not have the staff capacity to meet the demands of this project. With Tiffany's 15+ years in behavior management and organizational development, the owner was confident she would provide efficient and effective solutions. After seeing the outcome of this project, Tiffany thought, if this small business had this temporary problem, there must be other business that can use project management solutions to meet important deadlines.

We have since helped implement the vision of small businesses, non-profits, and startup companies. Our mission is to partner with our clients to deliver a flexible combination of services that are tailored to their needs. Malone Management Solutions LLC uses a team of highly experienced and certified professionals to provide project management consulting, project management training and project portfolio management (PPM) services.
